I offer wedding cakes, cake truffles, cupcakes, chocolate dipped: oreos, shortbread, brownies, and dessert cakes, scratch-baked and decorated to order.

Custom Cakes came about over 25 years ago in Southern Oregon. I am a self-taught pastry chef and sugar artist. I have worked professionally as a pastry chef and bakery owner. Since then, my "tried n' true" recipes, designs, construction, and decorating skills has made Custom Cakes a reputable local business. Custom Cakes is a preferred "cakery" for local venues, contracted by wedding service providers, and a member of ICES (International Cake Exploration Society) and Wine Country Wedding Professionals. Using a state-licensed kitchen in my home, set in Yamhill County wine country, I create, bake, and deliver cakes for many events in the area. My reputation for quality local ingredients, creativity, and hospitality have delivered beautifully tasteful cakes all over the northwest. I buy quality ingredients from local business, grow it myself, or purchase from farmers markets when possible. You can taste the difference at Custom Cakes.
