Renae is amazing. I wanted a gluten-free cake that I could enjoy at my wedding, so I picked flourless chocolate torte. My guests gave rave reviews for the quality of the cake; I thought it was worthy of a five-star restaurant for its moistness and flavor.

Decorating the cake was just as much fun. I wanted something whimsical, so I found two adorable mushroom bark birds on Etsy and had them sent to Renae. Renae suggested a bird house, nest, or a swing for the birds to perch on. We went with the nest, which was made of Japanese noodles, airbrushed to look real. ( I kept the nest and birds for my Christmas tree.)

Final clincher: Renae lives 600 miles from me -- so we collaborated long-distance. How nice to have something turn out so well without even meeting the baker in person.

My cake was BEAUTIFUL!!!! And it was cheaper then any other wedding cake I have heard of... I wanted something a bit different since I am a plain jane kind of gal.. And she created something that was exactly what I wanted!!! We changed the cake a few times through out a period of 10 months and Renae never had an issue with it! Oh... AND the red velvet tasted AMAZING!!!!

Thank you very much for the beautiful luau cake. It was delicious and moist--all 3 layers. I think the coconut was the favorite. I especially love the frosting as it was not too sweet. Thanks again for your good work.

Thank you so much!  The cake was beautiful and delicious!  We are still enjoying it and planning to take some leftovers with us on our honeymoon in Central Oregon.

Thank you so much for your help and everything you did!  We truly enjoyed the cakes, and luckily for Scotty, no one ate his grooms cake so we are still enjoying it and that makes our honeymoon sweeter!  All our guests liked the wedding cake and everyone wanted more but it was gone quickly and there was nothing left.

Just wanted to thank you once again for the wonderful baby shower cake.  It was very delicious and I received a lot of compliments on it.  A lot of people asked where I got it so I gave out your name.  We had exactly enough pieces of cake.  I was worried that we wouldn't have enough.  I would get a larger cake next time because there was none left after serving everyone and we wanted more after everyone left!

The cupcakes and cake were exquisite!  The cupcakes went first, none left over, thank you for the plate you left on my desk or I wouldn't have gotten any!  We were going to save the cake for the patients, however ended up having to cut it and serve it to our guests during the ribbon cutting.  It was absolutely delicious!  I have a piece from the middle that had both the raspberry and hazelnut filling.  We went through about half the cake and served the rest to our patients.
We won't hesitate to use you in the future, Renae.  Excellent job.  Again, it was a pleasure.

Renae,

I just wanted to let you know that the XBOX cake was a hit.  My son and all his friends loved it they all got out their cell phones and took pictures before the cake was cut.  There was a party for a little boy next to us and they all gathered together to see the cake.  And not only did it look good but it tasted good as well.  My son even liked the part that you said most people pull off.  Thanks again for helping to make my son's birthday great.

The 65th wedding anniversary was a wonderful celebration. Your cakes were beautiful and delicious. When I checked on my parents the following day, I found them enjoying more cake and coffee just before lunch. Life is short - eat dessert first! Thank you very much for making the party so special. Thank you!!! Some of the wedding pixie dust still hangs around the air here for us! We just saw the professional pictures last night and they turned out great!!! And we re-lived our love for the cake you made! You truly captured the “champagne bubble” look we were talking about, the colors of icing and bubbles were perfect, and we loved the touch of pearls! And I agree, I think that your cake and the Raguolis looked great next to each other! And really, most important of all, every slice was DELICIOUS!! Each layer (I tried all 3 ) was fantastic!!! So thank you for all your hard work and expertise in making it as great as it was!

We served each guest their own cake in the shape of little squares and mini Charlotte’s using fresh berries with champagne glaze. She also made us our own cake that my husband and I shared later and it was delicious too. Thanks! I will definitely be ordering more cakes in the future.

Renee did a golf theme cake for my father in laws 80th birthday. It was perfect! She is not only creative, but it’s the best carrot cake I have ever tasted.
